International orders will be shipped by DHS. There may be taxes and tariffs on these orders as well.
BBPCo.™ will ship all orders within 48 hours of placement. If you are preordering, then your order will ship 48 hours after the preordering date.
Once an order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please consult tracking numbers for up-to-date information on your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As part of BBPCo.™ quality policy, our customer satisfaction is fundamental to our business success. The BBPCo.™ will try and resolve any sensible request to safeguard that you're satisfied with your products. We understand that sometimes things can happen when products are shipped.
BBPCo.™ will replace your product for up to 30 days from the date of received. Or if you choose, a full refund will be offered within 14 days from the date it was received. This return policy pertains to all products that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions.
Slight suface scratches, variations, and blemishes on the product are 100% normal. This does not affect the cooking process in any way. You will notice a change in color after the first time use and that will continue over time. This is just developing a sign of love and unique patina. The steel is ready for you to preheat for 30mins then start cooking. YES... In the same time it takes to walk across The Brooklyn Bridge your pizza steel is ready to go.This does not include damage from any mishandling, for example incorrect cleaning, I.e., do not use a steel brush. If it is neglected, i.e., left outside in the weather. Do not try and make any modifications.
