d. Law Enforcement. BBPCo.™ may be required to comply with law enforcement, where pursuant to subpoenas, warrants or other judicial/legal orders, BBPCo.™ may be required to disclose customer information to governmental authorities.

 

5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies

 

a. No Tracking of Personal Information. The Website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs, BBPCo.™ collects non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

 

b. Use of Cookies. BBPCo.™ and its third-party payment processor collect non-identifiable and personal information through the use of cookies, an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to customer’s hard drive through a customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on the customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. A customer can set its browser to notify the customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. The customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some Website functions may not then work properly. BBPCo.™ also does not differentiate between visitors who make DNT requests and visitors who do not make such requests, when it comes to the collection or usage of personal information. There are no third parties that conduct online tracking on the Website.

a. Commitment to Online Security. BBPCo.™ employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints.

 

b. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. BBPCo.™ will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. SAFETY

CLEANING AND CARE

 

When the time comes to clean off built up residue and reseason, use a sponge or stiff brush with soap and warm water. Dry with a clean lint free cloth and apply grapeseed or canola oil to the surface. Then preheat for a minimum of 30 minutes at 400° degrees before use and store in a dry place.

Slight variations and blemishes on the product surface are 100% normal. You will notice a change in color after the first time use and that will continue over time. This is just developing a sign of  love and unique patina. Your steel is 100% chemical free and has been coated with grapeseed oil ready for you to preheat for 30min and then start cooking.
