Paddle is 14" wide, 16" long, and 24" overall length with an 8" handle. Our custom artisian made pizza peel is Basswood for light weight productivity as well as a beveled edge for a sleek transition of your pizza from peel to the steel. Manhattan Apizz-a-Peel is finished and sanded creating comfortable handles, tapered shoulders, and smooth surfaces.
 
**Minor imperfections, wood blemishes, surface markings, slight color and grain variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, or alteration.
